While taxi bookings took a major downturn during Covid, recovery is now well and truly back on track. On average, bookings for individual firms are at 90% of pre-Covid levels. The collective evidence of this is the taxi dispatching system from iCabbi crossing a billion bookings since its launch in 2009.
